How much does shipping & tax cost? What are your policies?
All items on this page show the shipping cost in the price per item if the item is shipped to anywhere in the continental United States. If you are purchasing items via our shopping cart system, shipping costs have been calculated into each item. Sewing machine prices and orders over $50.00 also include insurance. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the item so we can correct the problem and/or file a claim with the shipper. Otherwise, all sales are final unless you have authorization from us for a credit less shipping and restocking fee. Special order items are not refundable. To have a machine or accessory shipped outside the continental USA, contact us for shipping rates. We ship within 24 hours or less of your cleared payment.
